♥ Asian Lobster and Salmon Tartare

Serving 2

  • 1 lb. sashimi grade salmon skin removed
  • 1 small lobster tail
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of orange juice
  • 1/4 of an avocado sliced in cube
  • 1 teaspoon of minced spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon of red onion finely chopped
  • 1 table spoon of red pepper finely chopped
  • 1 dash of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of mirin soy
  • 1/4 of sriracha if you like it spicy (opitional)


1. Cut salmon into cube
2. Do the same for the lobster tail meat
3. Put the salmon and lobster meat in the mixing bowl
3. Add all other ingredients
4. Seasoned it with a dash of sea salt and a teaspoon of mirin soy

  • Stack them by the layer using a cut water bottle according to your liking
  • Pour a glass of Riesling
